Troops with exp. lvl at 0 will be unable to conquer or capture Villages. This will not change their ability to receive healing, nor change their defense or movement computations.
Special accomodation must be made with any non-human controller (a.k.a. “ai”) when using this, insofar as such would expect to use such troops for capturing a Village.
Briefly: Villages require, at most, as many Turns to capture as the conqueror has '[side] village_gold' valued.
