Description
Adds the Jephrif faction, a race of beings of sentient ice which have lived far above Wesnoth - until now. It was made on a whim and is as of now terribly unbalanced. By default includes the Khalifate in its appropriate MP eras. Also includes Black Tide by Gyra Solune.
