Merfolk, from TBfW

  This is simply the Merfolk from The Battle For Wesnoth.  Four variants for levels of recruitees and of commanders:
      recr — cmdr
    shallows
      –--1 — –--2
    tidal
      –--1 — –--3
    pelagic
      1..2 — –--3
    bathic
      2..3 — –--3
  This faction has been made in one or another forms, ad nauseum.  This version differs chiefly in the modularity, but also in the variety of combinations with exp. levels.
